Māori colours

This week Jackson's Studio (Rm18) learnt some colours in Māori.

Here are the colours in Māori:

Whero = Red       
Karaka = orange        
Kōwhai = yellow
Kākāriki = green
Kikorangi = blue
Tawa = purple
Māwhero = pink
Pango = black
Mā = white
Parauri = brown

He aha te tae o tēnā? He aha te tae o tenēi?
(What is that?) (What colour is this?)
